In case you have received a damaged item or the wrong item was delivered, please first contact our customer service by filling out our contact form or send an e-mail to archivesale@carlijnq.nl.

Always enclose a photo of the problem when sending an email. We would also like to receive your order number. We will make sure that you can exchange your order without any costs. You don’t need to start a return process.
